Built to be checked.
We're asking you to let software watch your money. That trust has to be earned, so we made checking us easy.
Official sources, not hot takes
Every read is built from the primary record: SEC filings (10-Ks, 10-Qs, 8-Ks), earnings-call transcripts, and US government data like FRED, BEA, and BLS. Not scraped opinions.
Where our data comes fromWe show our work
No mystery scores. Every read breaks down into the checks behind it, so you can see why we said it and judge it for yourself.
Inspect a real readNo buy. No sell. No predictions.
We never tell you what to do with your money, and we never predict price. We tell you what changed and why. The decision stays yours.
How the reads are madeQuiet by design
A real thesis break is rare, and our alerts are too. We would rather be silent than wrong, and on the scary days we tell you when a drop is just noise.
See the watch in actionAlready using ChatGPT or Claude for your stocks?
You can already paste a filing into ChatGPT and ask it to summarize the earnings report, read the 10-K, or explain what changed. It works once, for one stock, if you find the document, paste it in, and trust it didn’t make the numbers up. QuarterlyIQ does the same jobs for your whole portfolio, every week, grounded in official data.
You can’t make good decisions on made-up numbers.
Hallucination is the failure mode of AI investing tools, so we engineered our whole pipeline around preventing it. We won’t claim perfection: doing this across 4,000 stocks, every sector, and the whole economy is genuinely hard. But this is far more than sending your portfolio up to a chatbot and passing back whatever it says.
Real, fresh data goes in
The AI never works from memory. For every read, we pull the actual filings and numbers from the source and hand all of it to the model in the request, so the analysis runs on real, fresh data. Nothing made up, nothing stale.
Every answer is checked
What comes back is checked for accuracy against the data we sent before it ever reaches you. A wrong number that slips through is a bug we fix, not a shrug.
Nothing personal stored
We don’t collect or store personal information. Just what’s needed to evaluate a portfolio: the tickers and positions you give us.
A chatbot reads a filing once. We keep score.
Reading and summarizing is the easy part. The hard part is memory: watching the same companies quarter after quarter. That is where a one-shot chatbot can’t follow.
We track management’s promises
We pull the objectives management states on the call and in the 10-Q, then follow each one quarter to quarter and mark it confirmed or disproved, so you see whether they actually delivered.
We watch the thesis, not the price
We track whether the reason you own a stock still holds, and flag it the moment it starts to weaken, not every time the price wobbles.
We show the receipts
Every read carries its track record and sample size. The Motley Fool calls a changed thesis the #1 reason to sell a stock; we are the ones actually watching for it, with results you can check.
Pasting your holdings into a chatbot every week is arming your own alarm by hand. QuarterlyIQ keeps watch for you, and only speaks up when something changes.
