OTHER EVENTS Increase in Annual Dividend On September 1, 2026, the Company's Board of Directors approved an increase in the annual cash dividend on its Class A Common Stock from $0.98 to $1.00 per share. A quarterly dividend in the amount of $0.25 per share will be paid on October 30, 2026 to shareholders of record as of the close of business on October 9, 2026.
